Joining our wine club, All-American, is the only way to guarantee access to the new releases of our limited production wines and gain access to member only bottlings.
All-American membership benefits begin with an initial purchase of 6 bottles or more. Upon joining you will be sent the current wine club selection, unless you place a custom order, and your credit card will be charged for the wines and shipping. Club shipments occur twice annually in the spring and fall, with the release of our new vintages. As a member, you agree to purchase a minimum of two full club shipments to fulfill the terms of the club. By joining you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age and have the legal ability to engage in a contract in the State of California.

Secure Shopping The security of your sensitive information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as a credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology.

TH Estate Wines will email club members announcing the release of our current vintage prior to our annual shipment. The email will include a link to a secure web page where members can complete their order, select shipping information, and include any special instructions. If no wines are selected by the specified release close date, the member will receive a Winemakers' Selection and the credit card on file will be billed for the order amount plus shipping and tax (as applicable). Shipping address aside, these orders cannot be amended once processed.
In accepting the terms of our wine club, members agree to purchase at least two full club release shipments. Early termination will result in a minimum cancellation fee of $20, plus any discounts applied to the initial purchase(s).
After a total of two wine club purchases, membership may be canceled with written notice to the winery 30 days prior to the release open date. Cancellation requests received after the release open date will be honored after the current release has been processed. If a member wishes to cancel after the current release has been processed, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged.
Members are responsible for keeping all billing, shipping and credit card information current. Edits requested after the given cut-off date will be subject to any carrier fees incurred.
